New Black Track Strength Template

Tomorrow is the start of a new quarter of Black Track Strength programming. We are transitioning out of a gymnastic focus and into a barbell strength focus.

If you are not on Black Track, but you're interested in the program, please email me (dan@nocoastcrossfit.com) and we can talk about what that would look like for you.
