February Athlete of the Month: Jon Gross

Jon started at NoCoast almost one year ago as a way to develop strength and recover from some previous injuries . . . and, it has worked!! We love how hard Jon has been working at the gym and we’ve noticed even bigger gains in his strength and fitness since starting our 75 Day Challenge 5 months ago. He is motivated, dedicated, and willing to put the work in! We appreciate your dedication to the gym and our community and are so thankful for your love and support. We are excited to continue this fitness and longevity journey with you!
